Human trafficking and slavery risk management programs are fast becoming essential due diligence initiatives, particularly for companies in scope of the UK Modern Slavery Act (MSA), U.S. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and California Transparency in Supply Chains Act (CA-TiSCA). Achieving compliance with these and other regulations is easier if the right tools are available.
In our upcoming webinar, Assent’s Customer Success Manager, Samantha Kowal, explains how to leverage the Slavery & Trafficking Risk Template (STRT) to improve your human trafficking and slavery program.

About the STRT
The STRT is an open-source, industry-standard template companies can use to comply with regulations like these and improve their supply-chain related disclosures. This self-assessment questionnaire (Excel format) facilitates the collection of data on human trafficking and modern slavery-related risks from a company’s suppliers. Once acquired, this data can be used to inform the design and implementation of supply chain visibility strategies and risk mitigation activities.
